GenCare Resources provides an SMS messaging program for employees and contractors who have provided consent to receive work-related text messages.
Messages may include, but are not limited to:

• Payroll notifications

• Compliance reminders
• Emergency alerts
These messages are informational and operational in nature.
Opt-In
Employees and contractors opt in to receive SMS messages by providing written or electronic consent during onboarding, contract execution, HR documentation, or through an internal consent form.
By opting in, you confirm:
• You are the authorized user of the mobile number provided
• You consent to receive work-related SMS messages from GenCare Resources
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment or contract engagement.

Message frequency varies depending on operational needs and work-related activity.

Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message received.
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
