GenCare Resources, LLC may use SMS/text messaging as a communication tool to support patient care coordination, scheduling, contractor communication, and administrative operations.
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS notifications from GenCare Resources, LLC related to care coordination and administrative communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
Individuals may authorize SMS notifications by signing the SMS/Text Messaging Authorization form below during onboarding or registration.
SMS notifications may also be used for administrative coordination with contractors and administrative users who have consented to receive SMS notifications.
